Pipeline Repair - System Expansion - Valve Maintenance The Synoflex is an "all-in-one" socket coupling used to join and restrain various pipe materials, such as PE, HDPE, Ductile, Steel, and PVC pipes. Between its restraining and wide-range capabilities, the Synoflex will reduce installation time and cost compared to a standard coupling.

- Fully restraint coupling with the widest range
- Restraint coupling for use with PE, Ductile, Steel, and PVC pipes
- Seal to AC pipe
- Joins pipes of differing OD and compositions
- No need to change gasket or grip rings
- Size 1.5” through 16”, reducing couplings available on request
- Bolt head locking device for one hand tightening
- Pressure rated to 250 PSI / 17.2 bar
- Completely reusable and above ground capabilities

Product details:

- Patented restraint system with flexible SYNOFLEX ring
- Stainless steel restraint elements
- Deflection of 8 degrees (+/- 4 degrees on each socket)
- Bolts of 316 stainless steel permanently lubricated, reversible 180º
- Body made of ductile with fluidized bed epoxy powder coating
- Uses potable and waste water
- Connections with PE pipes (PE > SDR 17), a support liner is required
